Experience Laugher Yoga and JourneyDance®. Both provide creative self expression and access to JOY, COMMUNITY, FREEDOM, TRANSFORMATION, and DEEP HEALING.
“In JourneyDance®, we dance without mirrors to release judgement of ourselves and others”
The JourneyDance® is a transformational practice of movement and dance that moves stuck energy up and out of your body. Many feel clarity, emotional freedom, and lighter. No dance experience required. You will be guided to move any way that your body guides you to move, no steps to learn and no mirrors. We move without judgement, without mirrors, without criticism or critiquing ourselves. We move to express our emotions with movement in community. Each class creates a sacred container, where everyone is welcome - all ages, all abilities, all genders.
We create a place of safety, healing and enlightenment.
Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga is an evidence-based practice that promotes health and wellbeing, while reducing stress and anxiety with laughter exercises, yoga breathing and meditation.
Our bodies don’t know the difference between real laughter and fake laughter, and they get the same benefits either way. Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins are the immediate benefits.
Just ten minutes of Laughter Yoga is the same as working out for 30-minutes on a rowing machine.
These fun group exercises help promote wellness, community and good health! All the while helping to bring in fresh oxygen in your body. Experience health in a joyful way and find freedom on your wellness journey.
